If you are still trying to figure out which is the best fit, you can schedule a 20 minute free consult to determine what works best for you!

  • That completely depends on your needs, goals, and program! The amount of time and frequency we meet will be determined together during our first few sessions of assessment and goal setting :)

I often meet with both coaching and psychotherapy clients at least once per week for 1 hour, with more or less support depending on the individual's program. This is completely flexible and can be changed as you grow and your needs change!

Most people see observable changes at around 4 months of 1:1 support (both in coaching and psychotherapy)

  • While traditional therapy can be a powerful and essential tool for healing, I also recognize the value of a more integrative, flexible approach for those seeking deeper, ongoing transformation. Traditional therapy often occurs in weekly or biweekly 60-minute sessions, which can be effective but may feel limiting for individuals who are ready to explore a different approach.

Offering both counseling and coaching allows me to support you in a more holistic and transformational journey. Whether you’re looking to heal, grow, or make changes, this approach provides a flexible and comprehensive path tailored to your unique needs.

  • Expressive Arts Therapy (E.A.T) is a holistic approach that uses various creative forms—such as visual arts, music, dance, drama, and writing—to support healing, transformation, and self-expression. It allows individuals to explore their emotions and experiences in a non-traditional way, activating different parts of the brain and opening new pathways for growth. By engaging in creative activities that feel natural and comfortable, clients can process emotions, relieve stress, gain insight, and connect more deeply with themselves.

This approach is especially helpful for those who struggle to express their feelings verbally or find certain topics too painful to talk about. Through art, clients can gain personal insight, foster self-awareness, and work through challenges in a safe and supportive environment. Expressive Arts Therapy integrates multiple forms of expression to promote emotional, psychological, and even physical well-being, making it a powerful tool for healing and transformation.

  • Nope! Although Expressive Art Therapy is one of the tools I use to help heal trauma and bring awareness to the Self, it’s not a mandatory part of coaching. I personalize all coaching and counseling to the style and needs of each client, ensuring the methods used are best suited for you and your goals.
