As a Depth Coach and Psychotherapist, my goal is to help you heal from the past, so you can walk into your future with certainty and confidence.

Brianna Anson, MA, AMFT, CEAT

Brianna Anson is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Depth Practitioner, Certified Expressive Arts Therapist, and Ph.D. student in Depth Psychology with a specialization in Integrative Therapy and Healing Practices. With over a decade of experience, she has supported individuals, couples, and families across mental health and nonprofit settings, guiding people of all ages through trauma and life’s challenges.

Bri takes a holistic, person-centered approach, recognizing that trauma often stems from broader systems rather than personal failure. She moves beyond traditional models, focusing on collaborative, empowering, and non-pathologizing methods that address the root causes of distress — not just surface-level symptoms.

By integrating trauma-informed techniques with expressive arts therapy, she helps clients access their innate ability to heal, grow, and move forward with clarity and confidence. As an artist herself, she deeply understands the power of creative expression and actively engages in her own art practice, bringing authenticity and lived experience to her work.

Now, Bri channels her expertise into personalized coaching, guidance, and education, helping clients move forward with clarity, resilience, and confidence. She firmly believes that with the right tools, support, and self-understanding, everyone can heal, transform, and step into their most empowered, fulfilling life.
